Professional Conference Organisation and administration is Momentum's core business.
We concentrate our efforts on planning, organising and effecting your meeting. Our contribution is tailored to your unique needs and provides creative solutions to your special requirements.

We ensure that your meeting is prepared smoothly and efficiently, and that your plans are put into action seamlessly.

Momentum is based in the university town of Leuven in Belgium, but can organise your meeting wherever needed. Since our start in September 1998, we have been involved in the organisation of numerous conferences, meetings and events, mostly in an academic setting. Although our expertise lies mainly in this field, we welcome all types of projects where a professional management of meetings is required. If you plan a meeting, we recommend you to contact us as early as possible. Our experience and expertise can help you to avoid the many pitfalls and unnecessary expenditure that are frequently encountered during the early stages of congress planning.

Momentum is also a member of EFAPCO, the European Federation of the Associations of Professional
